Hosted by our very own students Veda Galagnara and Sofie Cristobal, Off the Grid marked a meaningful moment for the SoFA community. It is SoFA Design Institute’s very own design week bringing together professionals, students, and partners. 

The event was proudly organized by the Student Life & Alumni Engagement (SLAE) Department, under the direction of Ms. Angelique Castro (Head of SLAE), and aimed to give students a moment to pause, reflect, and rediscover their creative spark.

Over three days, Off the Grid opened a space for design students to recharge and gather inspiration — through conversations with artists, designers, immersive workshops, and meaningful connections that go beyond the walls of the classroom.
