At SoFA Design Institute, we cultivate a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. As the Philippines’ premier design school, we provide a dynamic workplace where passion meets purpose. Join us and be part of a team shaping the future of design.

Open Positions:

• Dean

At SoFA, the Dean helps shape not just programs, but the kind of designers the world
needs next. This role holds the space where academic rigor meets creative
exploration — guiding faculty, refining curriculum, and nurturing a learning
environment that is both grounded and forward-thinking.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with both vision and care — someone who
understands that education is not just about instruction, but transformation.

Qualifications:
• Strong background in design education or creative industries
• Proven leadership experience in academic or institutional settings
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with people-centered leadership

• Academic Associate

Behind every meaningful learning experience is a rhythm that holds it all together.
The Academic Associate helps create that rhythm — supporting the day-to-day flow of
classes, faculty coordination, and student experience.

This role is for someone who finds purpose in the details, and quiet fulfillment in
making things work seamlessly for others.

Qualifications:
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience in academic administration or operations is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Admissions Manager

Every journey into design begins with a conversation. The Admissions Manager helps
shape that beginning — leading a team that welcomes, guides, and inspires future
students as they take their first step into SoFA.

This role is about more than numbers — it’s about understanding people, recognizing
potential, and helping others find where they belong.

Qualifications:
• Experience in admissions, sales, or team leadership
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to balance targets with a thoughtful, student-centered approach

• Admissions Officer

You are often the first voice a future student hears — and the first person who believes
in their path. The Admissions Officer plays a key role in guiding applicants with clarity,
warmth, and care.

This role is for someone who listens well, communicates thoughtfully, and
understands that small moments of support can shape big decisions.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and responsive in handling inquiries and processes
• Experience in admissions, customer service, or similar roles is a plus

• Cashier / Treasury Officer

Care and intention extend beyond the classroom. The Treasury Officer ensures that
the systems supporting our community are steady, accurate, and trustworthy.

This role is about creating a sense of reliability — where details are handled with care,
and the foundation of the organization remains strong.

Qualifications:
• Background in finance, accounting, or related fields
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability

• HR Officer

People are at the heart of everything we do. The HR Officer supports the day-to-day
HR operations of SoFA — ensuring that core processes such as payroll,
documentation, and employee records are handled accurately and on time.

This role works across all key HR areas — from operations to employee support —
helping create a positive employee experience through engagement and wellness
programs.

Qualifications:
• Background in Human Resources or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience in HR operations (i.e. payroll, records management, employee
documentation)
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• PR & Event Officer

Stories are not only told — they are experienced. The PR & Events Officer brings SoFA
to life through moments that connect people to the school’s identity, values, and
creative energy.

From intimate gatherings to larger activations, this role is about crafting experiences
that feel thoughtful, intentional, and memorable.

Qualifications:
• Experience in events, PR, marketing, or related fields
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Creative thinking with attention to detail and execution

• Multimedia Artist

At SoFA, visuals do more than communicate — they set the tone. The Multimedia Artist
helps translate ideas into images, shaping how the school is seen and felt across
platforms.

This role is for someone who sees design as both craft and language — someone who
understands how details, mood, and composition come together to tell a story.

Qualifications:
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design and visual storytelling skills
• Proficiency in relevant design and multimedia tools
• Good eye for detail, layout, and brand consistency
