This 1-year Introduction to Interior Design Program provides the foundation for studying Interior Design and gives students access to the essential courses needed for a design degree. Subject coverage includes the SoFA Method, design thinking process, design theories, elements, and principles of design complemented by technical skills, including manual drawing and mechanical drafting.
This course runs for 2 semesters or approximately 1 year. One may choose between an ONLINE track or a BLENDED track.

OUTCOMES:
Graduates of this course may expect to take on more interior styling projects, specifically for residential areas. Students are expected to finish with a basic knowledge of interior drafting, basic 3D rendering, and fundamental theories in interior design to help further inform their unique designs.
Students can also pursue a formal degree after completing this course to pursue a professional career in Interior Design.
