The Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design and Marketing (BA-FDM) program is aimed at providing students a holistic view of the fashion industry. This CHED-accredited 4-year program immerses students into the creative, technical, and business components of fashion design.
Graduates of the program will evolve into designers with a definite creative point of view who are positioned to transform their talent into the basis of a creative enterprise. Students will receive the best training and exposure to effective design methods and techniques. Students will have the opportunity to assemble a substantial portfolio to promote their entry to a career in fashion design.
Candidates for graduation can look forward to designing a capsule collection at the end of the program, which will be showcased at our annual fashion show attended by the school community, members of the press, and industry personalities.

Margarita Sanchez is the Creative Director of R i T Z, a ready-to-wear clothing line for women and Hello October, a cosmetics and skincare brand. Prior to that, she was a fashion designer for major RTW brands. She has been teaching for more than ten years and is currently the Academic Chairperson for Fashion Design at SoFA Design Institute.

Mick Perez, a fashion designer and educator. He is also an alumnus of SoFA Design Institute. In 2015, he was recognized as one of the Preview Emerging Fashion Talent Awardees and later triumphed in the Aquafina X SoFA Refresh the Runway Design Competition.

Richard Papa is a Fashion Designer/Pattern Maker for 31 years now and has specialized in formal wear. His ready-to-wear line is distributed in key branches of Robinson’s Department stores nationwide. He has done numerous fashion shows and has won numerous awards in different design competitions, local and international.

Bea Constantino is a highly respected and accomplished stylist with experience that spans for over a decade. From the world of publishing to celebrity styling, Bea has sharpened her eye and skill in visual story telling through fashion. A stylist-turned-creative director, she also launched her brand Studio Süg, a heritage brand highlighting the culture of Mindanao.

Hazel Roldan graduated from SoFA Design Institute with a BA in Fashion Design and Marketing and has a certificate in Vogue x Parsons Fashion Industry Essentials. As an entrepreneur, she co-owns Katha Lifestyle Store Cafe, a lifestyle shop featuring small local brands and specialty coffee, and the owner for And Again Clothing, a sustainable fashion brand featuring upcycled flour sacks

Irene Subang is an experimental sustainable designer, who specializes in draping unique, organic, avant garde fabric sculptures that evoke strength and individuality for the boldand fearless persona. She believes in forging young, passionate creatives to take on the helm as leaders of the Philippine fashion design future through moulage, garment construction, and creativethinking.

Fred Telarma is a fashion designer, entrepreneur, and finance professional blending creativity with sustainability. He leads his avant-garde and special occasions label, Fred Telarma, alongside Himuyong, a lifestyle and artisanal brand. As a Sustainability Lead at Shell Pilipinas Corporation, he champions fashion and textile waste management. Fred holds a BS in Business Administration from UP Diliman and studied Fashion Design & Marketing at SoFA Design Institute.

Tina Basa Reyes is a seasoned bridal and formalwear designer with expertise in corsetry. With nearly three decades in the wedding industry, she has mastered the art of crafting elegant, structured gowns. A pattern-making expert since 1995, she has been sharing her knowledge by teaching corsetry and bridal wear since 2019.
