Our Certificate course in Fashion Styling offers intensive training in key areas of the discipline. Aside from styling techniques, students will also acquire basic knowledge in "Fashion Photography", and "Make-up Techniques". This program provides access to industry experience and work opportunities in this lucrative industry. The course introduces the practice of Fashion Styling through a holistic approach, illustrating various areas where styling can be practiced.

OUTLINE
Makeup Techniques
The course aims to provide awareness to the students who are taking up fashion courses. Since the fashion and beauty industries are closely related, there is a need for fashion students to acquire ample understanding of what the beauty industry is all about. The course is also focused on the fundamentals of make-up application: from the theories to understanding how make-up products and tools work, as well as the aspects of make-up applications: how to create make-up for print, live shows, TV and film formats.
Fashion Photography
The purpose of the course is to provide students with information and necessary know-how suitable for work in a creative environment particularly in a fashion/editorial photo shoot. This is accomplished by giving them insights and perspectives through lectures and hands-on activities. In this online course, students will learn the fundamentals of conceptualizing ideas for digital fashion photography, helping them develop knowledge in the proper use of lighting, composition, and story-driven photographs together with efficiently learning and understanding fashion imagery through hands-on training and instructor-led presentations.
Fashion Styling
The course aims to established a student fashion philosophy and discussing theories and facts associated with fashion styling. Mood board creation to implementation of projects will also be vital parts to sharpen the students skills in styling. Simulated outputs include mannequin styling and styling according to specific markets. Lectures, project and activities are all in consideration of the industry’s new normal while still equipping students with skills for post-covid setting. Course finals include creation of a full campaign from editorial to commercial work, which most practicing fashion stylists specialize in.
